Hey, bro! Since I don't think I can get out of Phoenix this weekend, I thought I'd bring a bit of the Sonoran desert to your blog. It's so beautiful here -- once you get out of the city, of course. Even here, near central Phoenix, there are marvels. I was up at 5 am and let the dog out. From our backyard I looked up and could see the Milky Way! Nothing like the view from out in the desert, and at higher altitude, but still, pretty grand!

I realize how lucky we are to have been born (despite what several religions say about breaking the cycle of death and rebirth). Thank you, Jeremy for your work and your life. My guess is that you haven't drawn a sharp boundary between the two. But am I projecting that onto you? Anyway, I'm glad to know you and glad to hear that the pain pump has been working pretty well. I'll be thinking of you this weekend, and sending those love beams your way!
